This bus company has great customer service. Shane kept me updated throughout the whole process. We had prom party of 47 and we all fit perfectly of the Duke bus. The air conditioner went out half way through the ride but was fixed ASAP. Our driver Manny was great and very professional. They were about 30 minutes late to our pickup location but thats just because of the traffic, not their fault! Overall this was a great and clean bus, new seats were just added in which gave it a super nice touch. I would recommend this company to anyone!!
